I'm Dika from Indonesia, after playing osu! competitively I started drawing in 2022 since it was a perfect activity for me to do as I liked building simulation games and anime art styles, and so drawing is a combination of both likes, and also it's something to do other than playing games and watch anime.Since then I've became a self-taught anime-styled artist, currently I like to draw that make me happy which is usually cute stuff, or beautiful arts for a background osu! map.

Terms of service

• I have the right to refuse commission request for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change.Payments:• Payment will be handled through PayPal Invoice, QRIS, or Pixiv Request, each have different ToS on their platform.
• Depending on the platform of payment, commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or ONLY for PayPal Invoice & QRIS split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• Do NOT send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
• For QRIS and pixiv request (JPY), currency exchange rate is $1 = IDR 10.000 | JPY 150
• If there is any other countries's QR pay compatible with QRIS (Cross border payment), the rates can be discussed and stated here.Process & delivery:• For pixiv request the process & delivery is stated on their platform and this process & delivery ToS does not apply.
• The time it takes to complete your commission varies between 1 week - 2 months depending on various factors.
• Optionally I can give updates for every milestone of the art process.
• Once the artwork is finished you will receive the full 4K resolution image files along with web-friendly files and .clip file, the files will be send through the payment platform of choice or for PayPal Invoice and QRIS through email.Revision:• Revision is not applicabe for pixiv request.
• You will be able to choose between 2 thumbnail sketch, if you aren't satisfied with one of the choices you can get 2 more thumbnail sketch maximum.
• You will be able to make large changes on the sketch process for a maximun of 2 times. For a small change for example fixing something wrong or missing a piece of detail there is no limit.
• You may NOT able to revise anything after the sketch process or the final artwork.Copyright & Usage:I, Dika312 (the artist):
• I reserve the right to cancel or refund commission when an unexpected issue happens.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

• I reserve the right to post content of the commissioned artwork and the process in any social platform with watermark, and in my portfolio.You (the consumer/commissioner):
• You may upload the commission artwork to any website or social media.
• You may NOT use the commissioned personal use artwork for commercial purpose (reselling, redistributing, prints, streaming usage, etc.)
• You may NOT alter commissioned artwork without my consent.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• Commercial rights to the artwork can be purchased upfront or later.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.• Copyright rights to the artwork can be discussed.Cancellation & Refund:• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive the full refund.
• If you cancel your commission before I started working, you can get a full refund.
• If you cancel your 100% upfront commission after I started working and before the sketch you will receive 50% refund and receive the work as is, if it's after the sketch then you will not get a refund and receive the work as is.
• If you cancel your 50% upfront commission after I started working and before approving the sketch or after the sketch, you will not get a refund and receive the work as is.
• You are NOT allowed to request a refund once the commissioned artwork has completed.
